As promised here are the Fat Burn Drills:
You must complete these drills as fast and precise as you can. They burn so you will find yourself slowing down or compromising your form...DONT!

Have a drink and a timer: Set your timer into 2 x 30 sec. Repeat this 8 times
I recently did this Drill in my sunday morning class... only i set the timer for 8 cycles instead of 4. :0) This proved to me that you can all do 8 minutes instead of 4 so i will keep it at that!
Total workout time is now 24 minutes.
(If you are new set your timer for 4 cycles and not 8 = 12 minutes total)
1: Pike Ups into Pike Jumps
Crunchies into Open leg crunchies
2:Normal Push ups into Star Push Ups (Explode here)
Leg Window wipers
3:Sumo Triple Squat ( sumo jump squat x 2 tuck jump clinch and 2 knees)
Single leg V - Ups
