A brilliant site to browse around and have a look at. The Bristol School of Self Defence regularly hold seminars and courses on the subject of self defence; either in a block or as one offs. Paul & Lea are very sweet, but don t let that fool you...they know their stuff! (They were trained by the best...Kevin Ohagan)

Tara is one of the most amazing lady's I have come across: chilled, collected, dedicated and BLOODY AMAZING at Yoga! Her teaching style is unique, very calming but at the same time manages to really push you in your postures and can always offer great advice (well she has with me!)
Her voice is hypnotising and from the moment she speaks your hooked, listening intensely and wanting perform the poses as good as she does!

One of my Best Friends Persephone Bayley is beyond eclectic! She amazes me every time we speak, she is full of love, kindness and spirit and most of all is fantastic on the rope and at creating almost anything!
Persephone is a theatre-maker and circus artist. Her company, Feral Theatre, specialises in creating theatre in unconventional places. Feral shows incorporate puppetry, improvisation, storytelling and music. Persephone has also worked with the Insect Circus since 2004
