My Workout
I have handpicked the exercises over the last few years after gaining 5 stone when I had my little boy. I met Kevin O’Hagan the founder of the Gladiator Workout and he got me hooked on this intense form of training and the REAL benefits that the chosen exercises brought to me.
The Amazon Total Body Workout is a complete workout targeting all the major muscle groups. Using diverse training techniques we target those smaller muscles we never even knew we had !
The core of the workout is designed to fire up your body’s metabolism which in turn will help it to burn fat more efficiently.
The exercises have been taken from my varied training regime, ranging from full contact Mixed Martial Arts, The Gladiator Workout (Father to the Amazon), Yoga, Breathing exercises, meditation, and explosive gym sessions.
In the beginning it was a real struggle for me to complete just a few on the exercises and that was ok, as I stuck with it, worked hard and didn’t give up. Now I am offering you the same journey!
The beauty of this workout is it requires no equipment. The workout is portable; you can do this at home, or on holiday. All you need is determination to succeed.
Short intense and explosive training in a unique un orthodox manner is the secret to melting away unwanted or stubborn body fat. This type of exercise can actually enable your body to go on burning fat up to 48hrs after training. How awesome is that when were chilling out watching telly!
Improvements in Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Endurance and Tone, Strength, Flexibility, Mobility, Motor Skills, Will all be met and depending on how far you push yourself (and how much you like me shouting for you to do more!) will determine what type of results you gain.

Most people when training do not move out from their comfort zone and rarely push for new limits….This workout will take you there,
the class is functional, diverse and very beneficial .
Make no mistake you are going to sweat in class but who cares about that when you are going to gain such fantastic results that your partners, family, friends will comment on. All the benefits of running, step, body pump, circuits etc will still be there but the high intensity and explosiveness will be what makes the real difference you’ve been looking for, shocking your body systems into over drive!
Not only will it push you physically you will be pushed mentally. Real results can not be made by cruising along, you must try hard!
and most importantly keep trying hard even when you improve...
During the workout try not to stop, instead try to push through that burning sensation which will build up in your muscles via the intensity of the workout. Most people see this as the cut of point; you need to view this as your starting point to success. Just push past it, grit your teeth because afterwards the amount of ‘happy hormones’ secreted into your bloodstream will leave you feeling high on endorphins and buzzing with life!
The key point I must stress is to work to your own personal optimum and DON’T GIVE IN!
Everyone will be at different levels and sizes, gender etc, so keep it specific to your body. Then, when you improve and get the hang of the movements try to increase speed, perfect technique, progressivly and the more you stick to the training you will improve your body strenghth and more importantly your mental strength... YOU CAN DO IT!
